A little more about it’s founder and CEO:
Monica Kerber’s career story- recently published in On Fire At Work by Eric Chester, captures her relentless spirit for growth and impact. Monica is a Colorado native and a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication with concentrations in theory and media. As the first national Recruiting Officer, Monica drove a vision of supporting teams in their career development and achieving unheard of results in one of the toughest industries to achieve recruits and retention-some of her successes include: Leading her firm to a top 10 recruiting agency, she and her team led the country to #1 in the company in financial advisors retention and productivity, achieving this at 200% of their goal not once but twice back to back. Kerber speaks, travels, consults and trains nationally.
Monica enjoys her time with family; an avid lover of Pilates, Lagree Fitness, cooking, camping, and the Colorado mountains. She volunteers with her church and in her community. She serves on the board of the non-profit: The Beautiful Scar Project, and supports Brent’s Place and the Morgan Adams Foundation. Kerber is the Vice President of the PTO at her children’s school and finds joy in coaching others in their life’s work. She is married to Kevin, also a financial advisor, who she recruited in 2011. They have been married since 2003 and they live in Denver with their children Emma and Wyatt, and their baby Hazel who they miscarried
